Charlotte has asked us to bring you the news exclusively today via CharlotteChurch.com that she is pregnant. For reasons of privacy, Charlotte has chosen not to comment on this matter, other than to confirm that she and her boyfriend, Gavin Henson, are delighted. In an ideal world, we would not have made this announcement so early in the pregnancy. However, due to recent speculation and persistent questions from the media about this most private of matters, Charlotte felt she had no choice other than to go public and she was keen to ensure that her fans had the opportunity to read the truth here first.

Ah, yeah she was rather young when she released her first album.  I like a couple songs from her first "pop" album....although I prefer her to sing classical.

She'll still have the vocal cords who care if she has children.  She's entitled to be normal. :)

I think the fact she gave up smoking and didn't touch a drop of alcohol on her 21st birthday when she's usually falling down drunk at any excuse where big hints! ::)

I think oftentimes, people get the same attachment to under 13 or maybe under 15 celebrities as they do to TV characters kids play in that they don't want them to grow up. Because growing up signals a change and, to them, it's like the product they're familar with will never come back.

But yeah, although I was never really a fan of her music per se, she seems like a nice enough person and I wish her the best. Just because she's not 12 anymore like she was in 1998 doesn't mean she's no longer "cute" or has the ability to make good music, etc.
