Subject: Who did this new CD?

There is a bran new CD that came out some time in either September 2006 or October 2006 maybe November 2006 that I am looking for.
Clue 1:
The picture on the CD has an orange washer and dryer that is photographed outside and behind it there is a blue sky. Somebody is sitting on top or standing by the washer and dryer.
Clue 2:
The album is in the rock section. I kind of remember it being an alternative/lo-fi.
Clue 3:
The artist/group either began with a (0-9), or an (A) or a (B) or a (C)
Does anybody have this or know what it is?
