Subject: Emmy-winning actress Jane Wyatt dies

US actress Jane Wyatt, who won three Emmys as the stereotypical American mother in the 1950s TV series Father Knows Best, has died at the age of 96.
She died of natural causes at her Los Angeles home, having suffered health problems since a stroke aged 85.

She is also known to a generation of Trekkies as "Spock's Mom".
