i think sarah jessica parker is more this decade since sex and the city came out in summer of 1999 and ended in spring of 2004

David Beckham is still a huge influence for those in the 25-40 age bracket, as are supermodels like the 'Twiggy' of the 90s and 00s - Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Megan Gale.etc. Film stars and musicians are still probably most influential.
