Subject: Rap songs with pseudo-'80s beats

What rap songs have pseudo-'80s beats? I'd say "Yeah!" by Usher kind of does.

"SOS" by Rihanna, though it's more glam-hop/R&B.

Just list rap songs that sample 80s songs. Enough of them do it.
As for Rihanna's song, I really like it. I think the sample was used right.....really makes the song sound great.

That's right. They're genuine '80s beats ganked from '80s songs. That's not necessarily a bad thing. It depends on how the sample is used. If the artist is using the sample as crutch because he can't come up with a good groove on his own, that's pathetic.
I'm too unfamiliar with current rap to be specific, but a few of older rap/hip-hop numbers in the lame category are:
MC Hammer: Can't Touch This (Rick James: Superfreak)
Puff Daddy: I'll Be Missing You (The Police: Every Breath You Take)
PM Dawn: Set Adrift on Memory Bliss (Spandau Ballet: True)

Lamer is still is the fact that Puff Daddy (P.Diddy, Diddy) won the ASCAP songwriter of the year award for songs he didn't effing write!
Then I saw a clip of Diddy and Sting on the Grammy's doing a duet!
