i think in the 90's sexy was shown almost in a werid artsy way and the 00's seem to be more in your face like the booty dancers in most rap videos and seem to try to make it more glamorous
Example: 90's most madonna videos like human nature and erotica
Example 00's: Ms. new booty(ew)

Sleaze was no cheesier in the 00s as the 90s, 80s, 70s, 60s - even the 20s! It's even more in your face...

The sexuality of the '90s was darker, artsier, and more glamorous-see En Vogue's "Free Your Mind" video or Madonna's '90s videos. This decade it's all light, vulgar, and cheesy, like Los Angeles.

The 'sexuality' of the 90s was Androgynous and Dionysian, hinting at the 60s, whereas that of the 00s hints at the trashy 80s.

I think many 90s celebrities/starlets had far more sex appeal that today's wannabe pin-up dolls...e.g. Demi Moore, Cindy Crawford, Yasmin Bleeth, Brook Shields.etc. Pamela Anderson was a bit TOO much of a bimbo.Today we have Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton...I know who I'd choose anyday. :)
