Let's see what we have: Tae Bo, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga Booty Ballet, Core Training, Fitness Made Simple, 8-minute abs, etc. etc.
Tae Bo is really just another fancy form of cardio kick boxing in my view, and that came out in the 80s.
I enjoy using the training balls at my gym, they work pretty good, so I give credit where it's due there at least.
Zumba, I saw an informercial on this, it's osme kind of latin dance incorporated into cardio.
Anyone here try any of these?
