I'm sure most of realize that Carlos was my college professor. But it was a bit different (IMO). I was in my 30s when we first started dating.

When I was single I always made it a point NOT to date anyone younger than my oldest daughter.
As a grad student/teaching assistant a few co-eds came on to me, but at the time I was happily married.
After graduating from high school I did get it on with my Spanish teacher, who was divorced - it was part of a long hot summer, urban riots and riotous encounters - Friday nights at Erma's - MAAAAN. And yes, I had fantasized about Erma beginning in my freshman year in HS. She took her bloody time!!!

When I was in junior high there was a kid sleeping with a teacher. Some knew about it, most not until later. He came from a dysfunctional family and was needy. The "affair" went on for a couple of years, and when she broke it off he had a total nervous breakdown, a suicide attempt, the whole nine yards. He never got over it and never had a committed relationship, or any close romantic relationship. When I hear people thinking that this is a high five situation I think of him and know that their should not be a double standard. These women are pedophiles and should be treated as such.

Weeelll, back in the 8th grade when Miss Constanza--a very hot lil Italian chick with big hair--would keep me after class because of my bad math grades...nothing would happen except going over algebra problems I never understood.

There is a double standard because of sexism. Every boy fantasizes about their hot female teachers, and every girl fantasizes about their hot male teachers. When a female teacher hooks up with a male student, people TEND to think it's the student's dream come true, but when a male teacher hooks up with a female student, people think worse about it because they make a sexist assumption that the girl must be the helpless victim who was taken advantage of by this man they were helpless to resist. In reality, there are male students AND female students who feel taken advantage of, and there are probably male students AND female students who think they hit the jackpot. It's probably never healthy for someone that young to be involved with a teacher, but people shouldn't judge it on a GENDER basis. Some girls manipulate their male teachers and some boys are victimized by their female teachers.

Yeah I agree, what a name, "Johnny". Ofcourse that may not have been his real name. I wonder how this kids cousin felt, he was a couple years older and he was always being left out of the action.
