I haven't drank soda in nearly 20 years, but the last one I can remember was Pop Shoppe Brand Grape Soda. I don't really like Soda all that much. The fizz really disturbs my stomach :-http://www.pupntaco.com/images/musings_pop_shoppe.png

It would have to be a tie between Fresca and Tab for me.

I've taken a liking to Sierra Mist. It isn't sugary sweet, and it doesn't have the aftertaste diet drinks
say they don't have, but do.

Three from the list: Coke, Dr Pepper and Mountain Dew (when it did come out over here).
Others in the form of Tango and Fanta.

I don't usually drink soda but sometimes I use them to mix drinks with. ;) If I do have soda, it is usually Sprite, 7-Up, ginger ale, or the occational root beer. I hate cola-any kind.

I really cannot stomach Tab. It tastes like drinking a bottle of saccharine!
Diet Coke with Splenda is my fave.

Diet coke, and even though now I drink less soda than before I often mix diet coke with some of the other aforementioned sodas, in particular coke and dr. pepper but root beer also works.

Mine is Diet Coke. I find ordinary Coke a little too sweet for me.

I'm probably the only person to admit it, but my favorite is a cold Pepsi Blue. Yes I know everyone says it's nasty and thinks of me less, but I don't give a hoot! :o ;D
But since it's gone I've had to go back to my old standard of Big red cream soda.

I like Solo (made by Schweppes), which is a 'coloured' lemonade (as opposed to 'clear' lemonades like Sprite and 7-up).

For cabonated beverages, I usual chug plain old Polar seltzer water, sometimes lemon flavor. I like carbonation, but I have thousands of dollars in dental bills back up as it is, so I don't chug the sugary stuff all day...but I do enjoy many kinds:
Coca-Cola Classica
Dr. Pepper*
Canada Dry Ginger Ale
Jones Soda (various flavors, especially cream soda and "Fu-Fu Berry")
Stewart's Root Beer
Stewart's Cream Soda
ICB Root Beer
Orange Crush
Vanilla Coke
*Dr. Pepper is better from a soda fountain when it is more strongly mixed than the bottled variety. Alas, the old-fashioned soda fountain, I mean the kind where the soda jerks mixed in the syrup themselves, is a dying institution.

You're so right Max.
I occasionally venture over to the Illinois side of the river in to 'the hood' where there is a great soda fountain.
Dr. Pepper is of course the superior carbonated beverage.

Sure is!
Here in New England a popular carbonate beverage for decades was "Moxie." It tasted like Dr. Pepper mixed with cough syrup.
http://www.thespoof.com/picstore/thespoof/moxie.jpgI used to drink it now and again in childhood. I can't remember the last time I saw it on sale, but I haven't looked for it very much either. It really was some vile stuff!

A soda microbrew eh.
Hmmm, maybe a trip to the pharmacy and you can relive your childhood. ;D

I chose, Diet Coke and Diet Sprite. Those have been my stand-bys for years and years. I have never liked Diet Pepsi all the same. Diet Pepsi also has more caffiene than Diet Coke. I also chose "other" because I like a variety of off brand Root Beers. My boyfriend and I have discovered one that's a local called Boot Reer ;D It's from Gilroy, so I'm surprised it doesn't have a hint of garlic. (Gilroy is the garlic capital of the world, supposedly)

I get Moxie and many odd sodas from Galco saods in La, CA.
I think they are online as sodapopshop.com
Many pops with sugar cane rather than the high fructose...yum!
