I thought it was a typical, big budget piece of Hollywood trash. I actually left the theatre. The dialogue was awful, and the plot was same-old same-old, except frilled up in a more macabre setting. Just my $0.02.

Personally I liked "Underworld" and I can't wait to see "Evolution" but I think this movie becomes a lot cooler if you're familiar with "Vampire - The Masquerade" and "Werewolf - The Apocalypse" since the world of the movie used these two RPGs as inspiration, I use to play "Vampire" in the 90s and I love that whole Gothic-Punk world of the White Wolf universe, so obviously I love the movie, and our hot, female warrior gotta be of Clan Gangrel, my clan.
