Subject: Changing DVD to all region

Does anyone know how or where i can get the codes to change a SAMSUNG HT-DS450 dvd player into an all region. The company won't tell you but suggest searching the net and even a store manager i know is having trouble trying to find it. We received this unit as a gift but if we can't make it all region then it's useless to us.
Please please help me.
