Subject: Here comes DENNIS,and this hurricane IS a MENACE...!!
Written By: Tony20fan4ever on 07/10/05 at 10:55 am
A real life 'Dennis The Menace' is going to make landfall on the U.S. Gulf Coast...a category FOUR hurricane with a name that is fitting, considering the havoc this monster storm will wreak!
I just hope that there are no deaths due to this storm....It's supposed to hit the same area that was battered by Hurricane IVAN...
I pray for all who live in that area, also their families.

Am I the only one here whose thoughts and prayers are with those who live in Alabama and Florida, two states that are being hammered by this terrible storm? :-[
And yes this is going to affect other parts of the US...the remnants have the potential to bring major flooding as well as severe weather... :o
Just be prepared ::)...My area got the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy this past week...not a picnic by any means.

"You could have said 'Dennis.'"
I didn't know you were called 'Dennis.'"
You didn't bother to find out did you..."

I will save a prayer for the folks way down south, I have been praying for us up here though (in , lKentucky) we're about to get it, like maybe 4 inches of rain per day. I'm looking at the sky right now ::)

It might end up being a good thing. I was just in Louisville two weeks ago and it looked pretty brown. My friend said it hadn't rained in a while and I know that is rare for KY.
Good luck...don't float away.

Why pray? God's the one who made the hurricane in the first place, isn't He?

I was saying a prayer because we were getting reports like it was going to be floods here like Noah's Ark type flood, and we were asking to be spared. Dagwood's right though, it's so dry and brown, and it's 9:42pm and still hasn't rained. So now I'm praying again that it does rain and this time no stipulations, please let it rain ::)
