I have a soft spot for countdowns, I'll admit.. and VH1's clever music "punditry" is always welcome in my book.. however, I am getting sick of "America's Next Top Model", "The Surreal Life" and the same countdowns over and over.. but I still have faith in VH1. You needn't be so angry at it.

Actually, those non-famous people help the shows along. Without their snarky comments, it would just be blah.

VH1 is okay, but I'll stick to VH1 Classic and the IMF (International Music Feed) whenever I need to see some videos. :D

The bitter comedians making fun of real celebrities really are what makes me like those countdowns.. they're like satirists... I love it.

Shoot, some people don't like songs that some people consider good.. I like Voltaire's "God Thinks", but all my Christian friends {Who look at it the wrong way} think it sucks... the point I'm saying is, some people think things suck when others don't.. if they don't agree with you, oh well.. I know I would change up the order of many of the Countdowns, but they're not in my control, so meh.

My cable company has unscrambled the Digital Tier stations this weekend and I've been watching VH1 Classics all day. Makes you feel old when the songs/videos you watched in the 80's are now considered "Classics". Now that I'm hooked I'll be calling my cable company on Monday to sign me up for this package that will add another $7.00 a month to my cable bill. Just loved seeing Peter Frampton, Chic, Billy Joel, 10CC, Earth, Wind and Fire, Chicago and all those cute hair bands again.....

I was going to say the same... it is still better then MTV.

You have to stay up all night to see it. They have Insomniacs Theatre overnight which plays videos. Otherwise get digital cable or a satellite and get VH1 Hits or VH1 Classics. Both are good channels and all videos. :)

I catch some videos if I shower early.. then, I get 1-2 videos before the 6 AM news comes on.. that's during the school year, though.

VH1 debut in 1985, but now in 2005...it's been a worthless cesspool since 2000

I agree.... VH! has really lost their touch... I dont mind the shows and no videos... VIDEOS SUCK but... enough Celeb reality.. I want POP UP VIDEO Back though..... I like the I love the Shows too..............
