I know there is allready a thread discussing Michael Jackson's trial, but this definately needs it's own thread. It does not only discuss Michael Jackson, but a conspiracy which has been going on for years to take down major celebrities. Michael Jackson has been their biggest target for the last 12 years, but together, the National Enquier and authorities have conspired against Steven Seagal and all sorts of celebrities. It's a long article, it was not written by me, it's complete with links and sources and I think everyone should read this. People have the right to know what's going on.

NOTE OF CLARIFICATION
In the following article, I will discuss two different sets of tapes: one set found in Pellicano’s office that was supposed to be evidence of his illegal wiretapping activities and yet another set of tapes in which Pellicano was unknowingly taped by a National Enquirer writer Jim Mitteager, who died in 1997.

When news broke the day before Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch was raided that former private investigator Anthony Pellicano was sent to jail, I wondered if his imprisonment had even the slightest thing to do with Jackson’s troubles. I put the thought out of my mind and moved on.
Apparently, Pellicano had a history of selling information about his clients as well as taping them . Others claimed that he was merely wiretapping on behalf of his clients. He was accused of threatening journalist Anita Busch, who had been investigating actor Steven Seagal’s ex-business partner Jules Nasso for allegedly attempting to extort the actor .
So what in the hell does this have to do with the current case against Jackson? Well, according to a number of sources, a number of tapes seized from Pellicano’s office concerning Jackson may have been turned over to Thomas Sneddon. As Friedman, who wrote about the possible Pellicano connection to the Neverland raid last year, claims:
It has been widely reported that Pellicano surreptitiously taped a lot of phone conversations with his famous clients, and many of those clients have since been investigated by the FBI and other authorities. My sources say Pellicano very likely may have set aside information about the Jackson case for a rainy day. It's possible  although no one involved will say for sure  that Pellicano gave material about Jackson from 1993 to the FBI. One source who's an expert on the subject of Pellicano tells me, "It's very likely he turned over that stuff to the FBI and they gave it to Sneddon. It's too much of a coincidence that Pellicano went to prison and the next day the police were at Neverland."
I agree. If indeed Pellicano tapes were turned over to the FBI, then that may possibly explain why the FBI was a part of the November 2003 Neverland raid. Of course, one would have to ask what in the world they expected to find on a property known more for Ferris wheels and bumper cars.
If Pellicano was eventually sent to prison for possession of illegal firearms, why in the world does Thomas Sneddon get his hands on Pellicano tapes that no doubt concerned the 1993 allegations? And how does this look in light of the fact that Sneddon raided Neverland the very next day? Was he simply waiting for Pellicano to be sent up the river before he decided to raid the place? We all know that Sneddon was investigating Jackson as early as February 2003 for issues surrounding Gavin Arvizo, the current accuser. We all know that Sneddon had decided to pursue the case, come hell or high water because of his intense hatred for Jackson.
We all know that Sneddon has been desperate for the last twelve years to “get†Jackson for the 1993 allegations. It would be reasonable for Sneddon to suspect that there would be something said that he could use to bolster his case.
If I’m a dirty and racist behind district attorney who is hell bent on getting my hands on Jackson’s knobs, prime property, and financial information, then the last thing I want floating out there is any hint that Jackson may have been set up from the beginning. After all, if Sneddon had in his mind to use 1993 as a means to show a pattern, if there was no abuse in 1993, then his current case would be in shambles. The importance of any valuable evidence against Jackson on the Pellicano tapes would be all the more valuable considering that Sneddon never actually interviewed Jordan Chandler, that credible victim of Jackson’s perverted passions.
For the record, Pellicano made it quite clear that he would not “flip†on any of his former clients and bear prison instead. "They did nothing wrong…The government should leave them alone. And me, I'm going to take this punishment like a man. I will not participate in any way, shape or form with this investigation."
The Late, Not-So-Great Jim Mitteager
But Sneddon might have a very big tape problem that has little to do with Pellicano directly.
As if “Tape Gate†could not get any spicier, consider some information that has been frittering at the edges of the latest Jackson drama. It appears as if the Master Tapist got taped himself by a sleazy tabloid writer who slummed for the National Enquirer.
Apparently, Mitteager recorded conversations that he had with Pellicano without the controversial investigator’s knowledge. Perhaps even more important, are conversations Mitteager recorded of himself with families who were acquainted with Jackson before or during the ’93 scandal.
Apparently, Mitteager is can be heard practically begging boys and their families to accuse Jackson of misconduct. Consider the story of Robert Newt, a now 30 year old Los Angeles mortgage broker who, along with his late twin brother Ronald, met Jackson in 1985. He insists that Mitteager was bent on getting him and his brother to lie on Jackson. “He said, 'Say he grabbed you on the butt. Say he grabbed you and touched you in any kind of way. He told us he took all these people down. Now he was going to take Michael down. That he would really destroy him. He told us he took all these other famous people down. All the major people that had scandals against them. He said, 'We take these people down. That's what we do.'" Can you say, “C-O-N SPIRACY�
Even more disgusting is the fact that a National Enquirer executive David Perel signed a makeshift contract drawn up by Mitteager to draw the Newt family into their plan to destroy Jackson. If Jackson were truly a pedophile, there would not have been any need for a hunt for victims. I remember the National Enquirer’s role in spreading practically every nasty rumor about Jackson one could think of during the ’93 nonsense. And we need not also forget their poisoning the well of public opinion with the leaking of depositions and affidavits surrounding the current case.
Here are some of the published tidbits from Mitteager’s conversations about the Jackson scandal of 1993 :

Jim: "This story has legs man. This is the biggest story since Elvis did himself in!
On them are the inner circles of celebrities. Sources from inside law offices.
Jim: "Tailey talked to **** ***** who is one of her people inside Feldman’s office. The good lead is nobody in Feldman’s camp, meaning the boy or his father or his mother has received a dime yet."

In addition, MJJForum.com broke a story a couple of weeks ago involving more prosecution witnesses whom Sneddon intends to use for the ’93 portion of his case against Jackson. The LaMarques worked for Jackson around the time of the initial scandal but were fired. The next thing you knew, the French couple was trying to sell their “stories†about Jackson’s alleged impropriety with young boys. Baressi was the one charged to broker a deal between them and the NE. It never happened and Baressi turned the tapes over the Los Angeles County Prosecutor Gil Garcetti, who then turned them over to Sneddon.
Of course, one has to wonder why Sneddon felt comfortable enough to call Philip LaMarque if Baressi felt they were scamming for money.
Nevertheless, the importance of the Mitteager tapes is clear: if there was no abuse victims in 1993, then there simply IS NO PATTERN or “prior bad acts†for the prosecution to use against Jackson in the current case. One can only hope that the defense is aware of these tapes and that they have contacted the tapes current owner Paul Barresi, a former porn actor who inherited the tapes after Mitteager’s death in 1997.
The only “prior bad acts†I can see are those of a ferocious and vicious media intent on destroying a powerful black man.
Personally, I cannot wait until Jackson owns the National Enquirer for what they have tried to do to him. One clearly understands their need to push the idea that Jackson is a sick pedophile: they helped create the story in the first place. And they have to know that their behinds are going to get the daylights sued out of them for intentionally pushing what they knew to be untrue. Man, justice is a bitch when it finally bites you in your no-good asses.
Too bad Mitteager did not live long enough to get his.

I cannot believe people. Did you read the thing? A guy called Jim Mitteager has been doing this sheesh for years! He is paying big bucks, and threatening people to say bad stuff about Michael. Pay-outs, death threats, you name it.
Man I feel sorry for Michael Jackson. Despite the evidence, despite people admitting they lied, despite anything people still hate him.
It sucks to be a successful black man living in America.

WOW! Unbelievable. E! is an entertaiment news program so naturally their slant TOWARDS Michael? Wow. I am just shocked. Am I on the right planet? Are you actually saying that naturally tabloids slant toawards Michael Jackson?
Look, I was talking about the website. I think they put it together very well. That's all I was commenting on. They have an excellent feature called the "Scorecard" where they award points for to each side for what they achieved in the court room.
IMO, what actually happens in the court room is more legit than what CNN reports. I know first hadn what happens in the court room because I read the transcripts, which MJJF paid $250 for. The OFFICAL COURT TRANSCRIPTS.
As I said before, the prosecution don't want to convict Michael Jackson. That's not their priority, because they know they will lose. They just want the public to think he's guilty so they wont belieb him when the jury finds him not guilty. Sneddon is working with the shock factor. He's getting every witness to make shocking accusations that they saw Michael molest a boy. The media is blinded by this. They are shocked by it, and the shock factor blinds them from anything else that happens it the day's proceedings. So they don't report that every witness thus far has admitted to being paid by tabloids to say Michael molests kids, ultimately admitting that what they said is made up. The papers only report that so-and-so said he saw Michael give head to Mac Kulkin, or so-and-so said he saw Michael snog some kid, because they are blinded by the shock factor.
I urge everyone to go to www.mjjforum.com ... register ... go into the forum ... find the "OFFICIAL COURT TRANSCRIPTS" thread and download them. They are not a text document, they are an image file so they cannot be altered in anyway. MJJF has not altered them and you will not be able to alter them to your own liking either.

Gee, as I sat down this morning to read the newspaper, imagine my surprise when I see there's an article on the "MJ Trial". Seems like Tyson (who he is, I'm not sure) offered the family "college educations for the boys and a house" to do the "rebuttal video" that MJ released after the Bashir interview :o

No, actually, that's the thing. Frank Tyson is the person who, according to the prosecution, is most involved with the conspiracy. He did things, said things that Michael wasn't aware of. That's why most fans are angry and saying MJ isn't get a fair trial. He is getting charged for things other people do. He is being charged for what Frank Tyson allegedly did.
Also, that comes from the accuser's mother's testimony. I don't think MJJF has the transcripts yet, but soon they will and I urge everyone to read them. The accuser's mother is a wack.
