I went and saw it, it was EXCELLENT. Mickey Rourke gives a career-resurrecting-calibre performance as "Marv".
It is very graphic though.

My favorite character was Marv.
Sitting in a dark theatre, the only person in there(it was thursday afternoon), watching the Marv/Goldie sex scene, that rocked.

If you are looking for a DVD to rent, I recommend "Wonderland" which came out back in 2003.
It is the real-life story of the Wonderland/Laurel Canyon murders back in 1981, and the involvement of legendary porn star John C. Holmes, and legendary nightclub owner Eddie Nash in the whole thing.
it is NOT a porn movie! Rather it is about what happened to a porn legend after the fame was gone and only drugs remained.

Wonderland was a fantastic movie!
The actual crime scene footage of the Murders on the Special Features was a little disturbing though :-\\
