Dosen't mean you have to be alone... I don't trust people, i find it very difficult. I don't trust me family, i don't trust me friends. It dosen't mean i don't love and care about them, I just don't have 100% trust in them. That way, you are far more likely to spot any sort of deciet fast.

I know what you mean.. i have issues with any sort of long term commitment to anything, cus.. i dont know what people will do.
That's something that freaks me, i am very good at reading people, and why i can't... i won't even talk to em, cus i can't predict them.

I understand. I had issues with trust and security too. My way of fighting it is to trust the people I can't 'read', if they lie to me then let them lie to me, if it happens I avoid them like the plague afterwards. It's not smart but if I don't trust anybody, it limits my belief in the common good.

Perhaps a better question to ask would be 'which of these DO you trust?'

I don't trust New Jersey's Division of Youth and Family Services(better known as DYFS)......I wonder how thorough their investigations of foster parents and potential foster parents are....

they placed me with some really HORRIBLE foster families!

i only trust the people around me. i believe that all institutions, sacred or secular, should be torn down.

College professors and administration (higher management) should be on here too. but I only had 4 options.

Of course nobody trusts lawyers, except their own, and then they are usually trusting their lawyers will help them do things that will deem them untrustworthy.

Cops? Why bother putting this one on the list?  If you are in a position to "trust" cops, you're probably in a position for the rest of US not to trust YOU!

Girlfriend?  You could trust your girlfriend, but I wouldn't if I were you and you were me!

Airport security? When was the last time you trusted somebody who didn't trust you?

Doctors? Hundreds of thousands die from their murderous rampages of year.  I would say doctors don't rampage and medicine saves your life every year, but then I wouldn't want to come across as "medically biased."

I dislike that also.  I know a few famous people and I refuse to mention it because I don't want to look like I'm name dropping.  It's really not impressive, they are just people too.

GOD, everyone has a different one and none agree with mine  :D

I don't think anyone can be fully trusted, because everyone has the capability of letting others down and/or screwing them over.

I trust people to a point..

because usually as soon as I open up and trust them completely...thats when they decide to do the most damage....I found out that it's better not to place people on a pedestal, because when they decide to let you down/hurt you....it's less of a shocker

Sometimes I have a hard time trusting my mental-health staff....they say that they have to keep after me/watch out for me because 'we want you to be the best you can be'....sometimes I wonder if the words should actually be'Medicaid is wondering why you are not doing better' or 'The state is pressuring us to push you harder because you are not at a certain level compared to other people'.....

If I were Kevin Harvick(NASCAR Nextel Cup driver-#29 Goodwrench car) I would really be leery of my crew chief.....that he would make an illegal adjustment to my race car....and not tell me about it...
