Hey guys...I just got caught up on all of the most recent episodes of, "The L Word".....do you guys love this show or what??? Who is your favorite character and why? My favorite is Shane....she is hot and she does whatever she pleases.

I've never seen it. I've heard a lot of good stuff about it though. I think it's great there is a show centered around lesbians. I used to watch Queer As Folk back in college. Now that was a good show!

that show comes on showcase in canada. i haven't had a chance yet to watch it. i used to watch queer as folk, that was a good show.

although....i really liked that girl named Lara (i think that was her name)...she was a chef and she and Dana had a little fling.....i heard she will be coming back to the show!!

I like this show. I've watched since it began last year. I'm VERY pissed at Showtime right now though, for cancelling a really cool show called "Dead Like Me" >:(

Jenny has beautiful eyes and I loved her and Marina (Can't you tell) but Marina probably is off the show.

They only showed one season of it here 'down under' before it was (unfortunately) for some, axed. Perhaps the fact it was on one of the mainstream 'family friendly' channels had something to do with it. It's probably why they should keep shows to SBS (the 'alternative' network dedicated to ethnic and speciality material) which shows Queer as Folk, a show I was never too fond of.
But the point of the L-World - I only saw a few eps - is kinda lost of me. What's the point of having a show about lesbians if you don't show any (dare I say) explicit sex scenes? I mean, most of the people who watch the show are horny 35-year old computer technicians (no offence) who live at home. and well. That's the main reason I was a touch dissapointed when I watched the show. LOL.

they have had a few "nudie" scenes...but not like porn or anything...I think it's very tastfully done

jenny is quite pretty...but too deep....i liked the jenny/marina relationship as well...yes...Marina is off the show....she had a nervous breakdown and moved back to Italy....they wrote her off the show but won't tell exactly why...all they say is that they didn't force her to leave or anything.

I like the show as well, unfortunatly Canada only got season one. My guess is I have to wait another year to see it! :\'(
The only bright spot, season 3 of The Shield (another good cable TV show) is finally on the air in Canada.
