It seems that the victim was at the chimp sanctuary to visit a chimp that he once owned, but was forced to give up because the chimp had bitten a neighbor woman's finger off in 1999.

Whilst visiting his old friend, two other chimps broke out of their cage and attacked the man, biting off his nose, tearing off his foot, and ripping off his 'nads.  :o

Talk about having a bad day.  :-\\

They said on TV that chimps basically have the temperament of a 6-year-old child, but with 150-200 lb bodies.  ???

Thus  dangerous.

By the way this was an attack by chimps, not monkeys.

Talk about having a bad day.  :-\\His chimp wasn't involved--I don't know if he knew the other chimps.They weren't locked in their cages,apparently.They also pulled out one of his eyeballs!

The chimps and I have an understanding: I don't go to there place, they don't come to my place.
I didn't think chimpanzees were that big, but I know they are that strong.  It takes four big men to hold just one chimp down.
