OK there, Mr. Snuff! Both go down best with a straw!
Actually, there's a campaign against Coca Cola at UMass right now. Some of the leftie activists on campus are demanding a boycott of Coke products and a repeal of the University's contract with the company. Coca Cola has been implicated in the murder of union activists in the Third World, and is seizing control of the water supply in many poor areas, thus extorting money from poor communities just to be able to use this most precious resource.
I just can't bring myself to get riled up about it. Coca Cola is just doing what corporations always do. Anyway, I don't let righteously indignant 22 year olds tell me what I can and can't drink.
Their slogan, as sung on our radio PSA:
Some folks say it's the nectar of the gods,
but Coke is the drink of the despots!
::)
