I haven't heard Milli but Ashlee because LaLa is up there with "Itsy Bitsy Polka Dot Bikini" and "We Built This City".  Yuk! Dirty, stupid song!  :P

At least she did the favor of hurting Millenium music by repeated Milli's act 14 yrs later.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say Ashlee Simpson. Yes Milli Vanilli didn't sing their own songs, but the songs they lip-synced to were actually pretty good, IMO. Given the choice, would you rather listen to "Blame It On The Rain" or Ashlee Simpson huffing and puffing her way through the halftime show at the Orange Bowl???

Al-B - I fully agree, I would much rather listen to and watch Milli Vanilli.  Besides not being able to sing, Ashlee Simpson is distrubing to watch when she "tries" to perform.

Just as long as they're not trying to sing in their real voices. If you saw their performance on the Arsenio Hall show back in the early 90's as "Rob and Fab," then they were actually worse than Ashlee Simpson, believe it or not. (Well, one of them is no longer with us, so we won't have to worry about that ever happening again.) My vote only applies to the music that was released under the name Milli Vanilli, and not their subsequent attempts at recording music after they were stripped of their Grammy.

thats too easy. milli vanilli. they made a ton of money just pretending to be singers. Ashlee Simpson just did what 80% of artists do when they have to make an appearance but literally can barely sing, no big deal. She originally said she didn't have a lot of respect for lip-synching, but she found out about what happens when you're legally bound by that big contract, unless you're puking up guts you're probably gonna be where you're scheduled to be. Sure, she's not the most talented vocalist when her voice is healthy, but at least she does sing.

I gotta go with M.V. being the worse. They actually had the nerve to accept a grammy knowing damn well it wasn't singing. SHAME!!!

Ashlee simpson is just doing what her big sister and Britney have doing for years...pushing studio enhanced crap.
