For California...this is a victory.  Now if they'll speed it up and not let him sit in his 4-9X cell for the next 25 years.

For once, I agree with you. It would be an awesome thing if they could just kill him without the appeals process and the waiting and all that BS. Unfortunately, it will probably be a cold day in hell before they execute him. :P

In this case, saver, the evidence was insurmountable. I knew the creep did it the moment his insurance policy on Laci and his daliances with Amber Frey were made public. Even if he didn't kill Laci, would anyone on the jury want to spare his life based on that?!

OF COURSE KILL HIM(THEY SAY/DETERMINED HE DID IT)...Recently read how most people on death row either die there from suicide, murder, or old age!

Well, I'm completely against the death penalty, even for maggots like Peterson, but I don't get to make the rules, so it's the hot shot for Scott!

That was the downside of the death penalty, he now gets a cell to himself.  If he got life in prison, he'd be dead in a year.  Either way, he got exactly what he deserved.

Exactley! Since he's in California he would probably get pampered so I'm for him dying.....Blaines killer sits in a cell in Limon, Colorado and I know he has no TV or other "Extras"

Okay, from watching the news last night, I gathered a few facts:

1. There is about 614 people on death row in California and they execute MAYBE 10 every 25 years.

2. Scott Peterson will be in a cell by himself 23 hours a day.

3. He's going to San Quentin, which faces the bay where he dumped Laci's body. So for that one hour he's allowed out each day, he will have to face the scene of the crime.

4. If he had been sentenced to life in prison, he would have been staying at fabulous Pelican Bay...the most notorious and violent prison in this state. I doubt it would have taken a year for him to get killed in that place. And to give you a comparison, San Quentin is a paradise compared to Pelican Bay.

He is very high profile.. he'll be executed soonish..

A lot of people do not not killing others-unfortunately some of those who LIKE to kill others are in prisons death row...imagine...they were sentenced to death for killing someone yet on the news some of those guys still talk about maybe killing...(referring to a news story I saw where an inmate said someone should put a bullet in Scotts' head)....WHEN will THEY learn killing is bad???

NEVER? OKAY THEN,  LET'S GIVE THEM A TASTE OF THEIR OWN MEDICINE...KILL ANYONE WHO LIKES TO KILL!!! >:(
