It's a toss up between Stewart and Black. I went with Black because he's still doing stand-up, whereas Stewart is more of a "host."

Out of that lot, I voted Dave Chappelle. He did some great jokes about the police force ("sprinkle some crack on them, Johnson").
I also like Peter Kay, Carlos Mencia and Jack Dee.

He is pretty good. Not quite 'hilarious' funny but not bad. My main gripe with him is his rambling.
Lee Evans on form is brilliant! I appreciate his silly humour.
