H.O.P.E. (Horrified Observers of Pedestrian Entertainment) is offering the good people of America who have been duped into buying Ashlee Simpson's CD.
WTF are they saying duped. People have the right to buy any CD(s) that they want.

I for one like the idea, it means less cruddy CDs out in the streets, people being able to discover decent singers.

Ya it is a good idea but, the website sounds like they are applying that the people are stupid in the first place to buy a particular CD that they don't like.
