Subject: Help with song title

Im trying to remember the title of a song. The video features a girl carrying her heart with her. As her emotions change the heart gets bigger and smaller. Its a dancy type song in the Daft Punk mold. I think heart is in the title of the song and it may be from a european band.
Any help with the title much appreciated.

I have no idea what its called or who sings it BUT I love that clip ! First time I saw it I cried - specially when the heart got so big she couldnt get it thru the door.
