Either her old boyfriend came back to her, or she went back to him. My mom saw them together at a ball game, and had to call me right away to let me know what happened. Once again I have to settle with not being good enough. Big deal this don't mean sheesh, the funny thing is, is that it upset my mom more than it upsets me. I'm glad you found out the explaination but it still doesn't excuse her for being rude to you. Chock it up to exerience and move on. You are probably better off without her.

That is an admirable attitude to take, Harmonica. From a parents standpoint though, I definately can understand your mom being upset. Count this shallow person as a life lesson and move forward....you are a much better person than she will ever be ;)

At least there's some closure there, Harmonica. I'm really glad that you have found an explanation to your problem.

It sounds like she was using you as a 'back-up' solution. Not all girls are like that, Harmonica. You were just unfortunate. However, it also sounds like you have a very supportive mother, take care of her.  ;)

RockandRollFan - Parents are like that, I'm anxious to see what my dad says when and if he ever finds out about this incident. 

Bobby - I know not all girls are like that, because I'm one of the few guys that isn't like that when girls say all guys are trash.

Call me a silly dreamer but it'd be so cool to see her one day in a couple of years, when I'm on top of the world. To have a college education, a stellar body from working out constantly in the gym at my college, and be on my way to a great life as an actor/screenplay writer. To have me walk over to her, start up a friendly conversation, ask her how lifes's treating her. To smile and laugh, then to look into her eyes and listen as they say to me with guilt "This is the guy I turned down?"

Highly unlikely circumstance, I believe that I will endure my goals as a Actor and has a dedicated weight lifter, but meeting her in that type of circumstance is purely my scriptwriter mind playing tricks on me.

I've seen it happen before, cheerleader girl, I've seen it happen to people and it makes me just feel good inside to see that sweet revenge. It's a very unique revenge that involves no violence or nothing mean whatsoever. To me it's the ultimate revenge.

As many have said to me on this board, getting over her is much easier said than done. Although it is easy, for understandable and ununderstandable reasons, it was kinda hard to choke down the moment of allusion inwhich I actually was tricked into believing that I stood a chance a getting her.

As they saying goes and you can clearly tell looks can be oh, so decieving.
