The problem I always had with the Seavers was how mean and disrespectful Maggie was to her husband :P

I voted "Other" - The Tanners from Full House. If me from 2005 time-travelled back to, say 1991 (it's right in the middle of 87-95), I'd probably get along with all of them.

Joey is the funny "big kid" of sorts, not unlike me, who often tries to amuse everyone. Jesse (great name, btw) is the rocker - can't lose there, I'm sure he and I could discuss bands for hours! Of the girls, I'd likely get on with Steph the most - she seemed the "funniest" (especially the comments she always had for Kimmie, LOL). Of course, Michelle was just cute -- even if most people found her annoying or a brat!

Even on a smaller level, the consistent funny observations they made about stuff in everyday life is similar to myself.

PS: I know I'd be friends with Homer Simpson too. I just wouldn't leave any food of mine alone with him around, LOL!  ;D
