Subject: need readers collective good vibes
this Monday 4/5 my only car was stolen from IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE- 5 steps away by a lowlife!
If, those who believe in good /miracles through 'concentrated' mediative, vibrations, would send some out for the recovery of my vehicle, maybe Karma will be served on the perp...I love you back!
Otherwise it will take a year at least to save up once again, and I'm stuck riding busses!
Thanks all,
Your friend in the BIG CITY..

I know a month ago I had my tires slashed on my car (along with 25 other cars) and I know how big of an annoyance that was. But I can't even imagine what it would be like to have a car stolen, must be a roller coster of emotions.
I wish you the best in finding the car and the person who stole it.

I know exactly how you feel. Last December my car was stolen and parked in the St. Lawrence river. My insurance just decided a couple of weeks ago to finally pay for it. Of course now it's almost impossible for me to find an insurance company that doesn't want my left arm and my first born to insure a new car.
Can someone please explain to me why I am now considered a risk? It's not like it was my fault some jerk decided to take a joy ride with my car in the middle of the night.

Hey Ken, did this happen in the UK? I work for the UK's largest supplier of company cars, and we had one day recently where a 'mass tyre slashing' took place, our tyre suppliers had problems sourcing enough tyres to cope...

No, this happened in the US in North Carolina in one of the parking lots of the University I attend here.

You know how insurance companies are...they're not the least bit interested in protecting you, that's why they have all these rules to screw you out of whatever compensation you MIGHT get back...and if you do get it back, they make you run the marathon barefoot over hot coals to get it :P
