Subject: Kidnapped Girl Was Murdered
Earlier this week an 11 year girl was kidnapped and it was caught on video tape and unfortuneatley she was found murdered today.Its so sad they couldnt identify the scumbag before he murdered this girl. :'(

Death penalty is good. Method of death being thrown in general population and the guards turn their backs.

It's a gosh-darn shame.
IMO, the chances of a kidnapped child being found alive are slim to none. Well, maybe except for most of those taken by parents in custody battles. Whenever I hear of a kidnapping on the news, I shake my head and expect the worst and hope that at least their bodies are found. If by some miracle they are found alive, it's a nice surprise.
Unfortunately, my initial feeling was correct; but at least her body was found and can be properly put to rest and family and friends are able to get some measure of personal closure.
May she rest in peace.

I heard in a report (don't remember where so I can't quote it) that the estimated time of death was shortly after the crime. I agree with Hairspray, I usually think the worst, too. My thoughts are with her family.
As a parent, I think he should be locked in a room with HER parents first, then thrown in gen-pop like Dagwood said.

I don't believe this guy is capable of being rehabilitated. People who commit these types of crimes are what I call "Damaged". I firmly believe these people need to be put away for good.
Of course, if there is irrefutable evidence and the death penalty is available in that jurisdiction, then they should be sent straight to hell through it.

That is why I said:

I used the word "most" because the incidence of tragedy in that type of circumstance involving parents and family is relatively low in comparison to any and all other circumstances of child abduction by strangers.

I just can't WAIT to hear the former judge and jury members explain how this guy was aquitted in 1997 of assault and attemted kidnapping by a jury no less. They had the victim, a van load of witnesses who saw it happen and a police officer who saw it happen.

I saw a press conference today. They said that the judge that let him go last time was getting death threats. I think this is going a little far.

This is horrible, how can anyone get kicks out of murdering an innocent child...I dont like children but I still no child deserves to die or get murdered by a sick freak, I ish this never happened like many other killings as well

It's so hard to believe that a human being can doing something so evil like that!
I mean she was an innocent child that hasn't done a thing to him.
It's a person like him that we should be allowed to throw rocks at til he dies.
It was hard seeing the little girl on the video so alive and well, just not to be not long after that.
I use to live in Sarasota and stuff like that don't happen there, the people there must feel horrible about it! And the poor family, I can't imagine.

He probably will. I think Florida has the death penalty.
By the way, I wonder what he said to her. In the surveillance video footage you can really see her put up a fight to get away. :P
