Subject: A needed Reform
Just my opinion, but I honestly wonder why More Americans don't push for the type of Reform that I suggest
All people who live in a Group Home, because of a Mental or Phyisical condition or old age, they should all be entitled to an Average size room all to themselves, Not a Huge room, but decent size,
So that they can have Privacy, know that their possessions are safe, Not everyone likes to have a roomate, or feels comfortable having one.
And think about it, If you had to live in a Group Home, wouldn't you want an average size room all to yourself?
Is that really asking too Much?
I mean, if you want to have a roomate that's fine, but if you want to have your own average size room all to yourself (so it would feel like you live on your own) then you should be entitled to it.

Andrew, it seems like you feel strongly on this subject. Why not form a small group and approach some local politicians for advice?
I'd recommend asking a Democrat, of course.

Because everybody has stuff they want other people to pay for, and everybody is convinced THEIR stuff is more important than other people's stuff. There's no limit to what doesn't seem like too much to ask if someone else is footing the bill. Most people have the same attitude you do, but it's almost refreshing to see someone so blatant about it, without pretending it's for some "greater good" or crap like that. You're just like, "I want it. Gimme." That's hilarious.

When I was growing up, I was the last of 6 kids. I shared a room with either 1 or 2 of my sisters. Did I want my own room? Of course I did. But since I was youngest, I was the last person on the totem pole. Once my sister (the second youngest) got her own room-so did I.

Same here...well there were only two of us and a single mom. My sister and I shared a room til my mom remarried and her husband had a house with 3 bedrooms. I understand needing privacy, but there are ways to share rooms and still have privacy.

I'm surprised more people haven't pushed for this reform.
