That's a rumor I heard.

I heard through a magazine that he's mentioned that when she returns to America, she should be expecting a knock on her door from him over child custondy issues. He's such a freak!

Really, I heard that the break up was largely due to the fact that he didn't want kids.

Well apparently it's been rumored that he now wants to share custody with the child. Maybe he's just trying to make things difficult for her....

I wouldn't be surprised. It wouldn't be the first time an ex wanted to make things difficult for a custodial parent.

No idea about the stalking - but seeing as how the relationship has been over for some considerable time now and both have moved on - perhaps its time you did too Andrew. Rumours only persist in being rumours years down the track if people continue to repeat them with no substantive evidence.
As for the child Maddox - Billy had no part in the adoption whatsoever. Maddox was adopted solely by Angelina and raised solely by her. There are no custody grounds whatsoever.
And sadly she and many others - including some people in my hometown - may lose their adopted children, having been conned by an illegal adoption agent who has not only adopted out children who were not genuine orphans but has in some instances actually swapped a baby over after another had already been chosen.
A woman here in Perth is taking the agent to court. The results of the case will have a bearing on Angelina's adoption and many others.
