Subject: Another Close Worker Dies

Another of my former co-workers I was close to died on January 3 of lung cancer. Like the other two close workers who died, he was a heavy smoker. He spent his last weeks of his life at a hospice. My father knew him from his Korean War days. The viewing is until 8 tonight, and the servce is tomorrow. Please pray for his family and friends. :'(

My condolences, Indy_Gent. :-[

I also lost a co-worker (we worked together for 19 years) to pancreatic cancer last week. He was originally given 6 months, but only got 3. Worked all the way up to 10 days before he went to that big steel mill in the sky. :'(

I never once in 19 years heard anyone say a bad word about this fellow. In my industry that is unheard of.
