Does anyone know if this is "really" based on a true story? If it is can anyone give me a link to the actual events.
Thanks-
Tanya

I saw it was ok had some good unexpecting scares which every horror movie should have. They could have shown more of the people actually getting chopped up it seems like when some of them were being chainsawed it looked liked he was cutting chickens with all the feathers you see flying maybe it was their clothes but I would expect to see some blood gushers.Hollywood remaking this shows how desperate they are."They should remake Leonard Part 6 or Howard the Duck"I'm sure there are some suckers to profit off of.I give it 2 out of 4 stars.

There's a movie out on video called "Ed Gein" which is a representation of the actual story of Ed Gein and done without the "cheese" and camp; which makes it more gruesome, in my opinion.
Note: TCM wasn't really "all that". Many other horror movies do a much better job of scare.
