Subject: Korn take the cake for the worst DVD menu...
Written By: ChuckyG on 06/24/03 at 12:28 a.m.
I just bought the Korn DVD, "Duece", because it contains all their videos (and Freak on a Leash is an excellent video, I've never gotten to see the entire thing on TV).. I put the disc in, and it's one of those "hunt and find it" type things, where nothing is labeled, and you're in an insane asylum, and have to guess where they hid stuff..
Which I guess is find for the 10 year old kids who want to play a game with their DVD, but personally, I just wanted to get to the content. The content is what I bought the disc for, and not some lame menu game thingy. The menu diagram on the official Korn website, is so big, I had to have my girlfriend print it at work. Printing it at 8.5x11 makes it totally illegible..
I'm glad I got it used for $10, else I'd think it was a total rip off.. there's like 2 or 3 hours of content on there, and it takes just as long to find it..

I feel your pain man. Korn should be smacked for putting this object of torture on their fans. I go crazy enough when I use the disc on my DVD player but using it on a laptop--sheer hell!
It would have been nice if they included the diagram IN the DVD package. They took realism to the extreme...after about 2 hours of trying to find their videos, I truly felt like I was in an insane asylum-my god.
