Its too late. Halliburton and Exxon (?) have already been given contracts. It would be nice though of the Europeans footed part of the bill, and no just US tax payers.

Didn't read about them, but not surprising. The vultures are circling, and the tax payers will be paying - as always. Too bad the billions (trillions?) couldn't be spent on better schools, housing, environment, health care....
