Subject: Bonzai Kittens are back...
Have you ever heard of Bonzai Kittens?
I first heard about this a few years ago from an email "petition" I got, and now its back in circulation. I even heard them talking about it last night on Art Bell.
Here is the link to the Bonzai Kitten website, its worth a look.
just to clear up any questions, yes its a hoax, it has been concluded by the FBI that no kittens were harmed. Its just a hoax.

Apparently, people (PETA in particular) actually took this seriously and were all up in arms about it.
According to snopes.com, the webmaster was investigated by the FBI and cleared of any wrongdoing since its only a hoax. Which explains why the site has been online for over 2 years now and not shut down. As twisted as he may be, I gotta hand it to him! :D

yes, at least once a year, i still get e-mails from my friends saying "PASS THIS ON TO SHUT DOWN BONSAIKITTEN.COM!" and every year, i say, "dude, it's a joke..." ::) ;)

The reason I even brought this up in the first place is because my mother called me today and told me to make sure I signed the "petition" to shut down bonzaikittens.com. ;D Its so funny how something so ridiculous can grab the attention and concern of so many.

The Bonsai Kitten website maybe just a hoax, but what I worry about are those sick individuals that view the site and decide to actually try it out for themselves.

The practice of Bonsai kitten breeding is the most horrible thing that sickos can try. To trivialize a cruel stunt like putting up a fake website is making these people as sick as those who bring up Bonzai kittens. I hope these morons feel the same way the cats they are mistreating are when they put these poor felines in small cubes and tubes.
