Hey, hey, hey!  The problem was NOT Natalie's performance, it was the material she was given!  The lovely Ms. Portman is ABOVE reproach!

And why is "Attack of The Clones" nominated here in the first place. There must be a worse film than the 5th Star Wars epic of director George Lucas. (Like say, the "other" Rebecca Romijn-Stamos film "Femme Fatale", directed by Mr. Pseudo-Hitchcock himself Brian DePalma.)  And why snub Ewan McGregor for Portman? Isn't he in the "Clones" flick too?

I loved the original Star Wars, but honestly I hated the 2 new ones that have been made.  It should not have been done.  Possibly George Lucas' biggest mistake of his career.

Mr Lucas, "if its not broke, don't fix it!"

There is an Episode 3 in the works to be directed by the Spaniard director of that film I can't spell or pronouce. This should put the franchise to rest.

I think "Swept Away" will sweep the Razzies this year. I was just about on every major critics Bottom Ten list. I feel for Lina Wertmuller if she saw her masterpiece getting desecrated before her eyes.

Thanks Race! It was very difficult to pin down, by the way. They were all just way bad. ;D

* With the exception of Star Wars: Episode II.

No matter how bad the acting by the young 'uns turned out to be, at least that movie had the special effects to help carry it. Plus, Mace Windu and Obi-Wan RULE!!! :D

Dang it, I enjoyed myself very much when I went to see it.  :D 8)

Congratulations to all the losers in this year's Razzie race. And shame on the "winners" for making audiences watch the crap they made. Especially George Lucas and Guy Ritchie, who should know (and film) better. :(
P.S. I was a Worst Actor catagory short of my "Swept Away" sweep prediction, but close isn't so bad (or so good).
