I watch it every week. I am kind of interested in the relationship that is developing between Ed and his new assistant. How come we have never seen her fiancé on camera?

In a wierd way the show kind of reminds me of Northern Exposure.

That show was overhyped when it premiered and that really turned me off.

I've seen bits and pieces of 3 or 4 episodes, it sucks, not worth my time.

I liked Ed until the romance thing with the teacher became the total focus of the show.  I'm thankful it's over and have enjoyed it's focus back to the eccentric characters.
