Subject: Have you all heard about this...?
There is some Ohio woman who told her town her daughter had cancer. She shaved her duaghter's head and gave her drugs to make her drowsy, to make her look sick. She told and convinced her duaghter that she was actually sick. She then scammed her town out of over $37,000 in donations given to her to "help with medical costs" for her daughter.
Thats all I know about it right now, but they are going to do a story on it on "The Pulse" on FOX sometime within the hour.
I'l reserve my comments until after I see the report, but already I can say this woman needs to be locked up.

If I heard this right the woman and her husband did this. They shaved the childs head and convinced her that she was going to die. They had her in counseling so she would deal with her "impending death"....and had frauded quite a bit of money out of her home town. I am not sure if that is entirely accurate, but that is what I remember hearing/reading somewhere.

Actually, it was her and her mother. The husband says that he was convinced that she did have leukemia. Don't know if I believe him or not, but the mother is definitely a wacko.
