Subject: Reality...
I know there are a lot of people who consider it trash tv, but i think that Reality tv is interesting in that it shows the regular joe schmo who gets put into a weird situation and how they deal with that situation.
I'd rather watch them than celebs who think that they are god's gift to the world.

I agree. I like the Majority of reality TV, except "Big brother", mainly because they it too drawn out.

Reality TV is an oxymoron. Me, I don't have much use for it, but I don't have much use for TV in general.

Ditto!
Whilst some of these shows are amusing enough, there's very little about them that's real. Let's face it, what you do in 'real' life and what you do if you know several million people are watching on TV are just not the same.

Plus, there's still the directing, scripting, editing....
Even in that show from last season "American Idol", their commentary towards one another (the judges) was scripted! Even them cheesy comebacks from Paula Abdul. :P
They did interviews on the whole thing at every turn of the channels. ::)

Or, in keeping with the recent trend, you can combine the two! Celebrity Mole, anyone? ::)

I wouldn't know much about the lowest-common-denominator s**te that is dredged up under the misnomer "reality TV", as I never watch it.

I just read something that says Mike Tyson is being pegged to do a show where he fights people for money...or vice versa. It'll be on FOX (naturally) and will probably only happen if Iron Mike thinks that he won't kill anybody.
I hope this happens, we need to weed out some stupid suicidal people and besides, I've never seen an actual murder by boxing before ::)
^ = joke for those of you with no sense of humor.
