Subject: The Dead Zone
Does anyone watch this besides me. If so what do you think about how the main plot is turning out?

I prefer to retain the memory of the classic as seen on the theatre screen, starring Christopher Walken. :) 8)

this is a lot better than that, i have only seen pieces of the theater release, but i think that was covered in the first two episodes of the first season. If the movie ends when he finds the north county serial killer.

Had you seen the motion picture first, you would have felt differently. Do watch it sometime. It's quite good. :)

I don't know I really like the tv show, and the movie can't possibly have as much character developement. Anythony Michael Hall was a good choice for the series, and he is a pretty spooly fellow himself, probally not as spooky as christopher Walken. Oh well I have seen the show first so that has probally poisioned the movie for me.

I've read the book, seen the movie, and I absolutely love the series. :) I was really hoping that they would avoid the whole Greg Stillson storyline, but oh well ;)
While Christopher Walken made a great Johnny Smith, I think that Anthony Michael Hall does a great job also.
I'm really looking forward to seeing where they're going to go from here.

It seems to me that the Greg Stillson Bible thing is the main plot, but then again I haven't read the book.

Ah, well. See the movie anyway so you can make comparisons and stuff. ;)
If you say the TV series is good, then it must have its appeal. :)
Right now, I'm hooked on this one TV series called "John Doe". :)

It is sort of like John Doe, which is one of my other favorite shows

I enjoy the series, with the exception of two casting decisions. Sarah and Lil Johnny (annoying and untalented, respectively). Other than that it's great. Of course, I love the novel best, but then, I am a Steven King junkie. Have been since 1983.. ;)
