It has already been proven they had the equipment, gun used, bullets, etc., etc., and so forth.

Of course, they have to go through their due process of law. In the meantime, we should be darn happy because all of the evidence is there, already, laid out and it is strong and irrefutable.

Aren't priests supposed to keep confidentiality between the priest and the confessor?  Or is that just doctors and lawyers?  Anyway...thank goodness the guys have been apprehended.

I don't know about that.  I always thought there was priest/confessor confidentiality, too, but now that there is talk of having it not apply anymore in the case of child sex abuse, maybe murder confessions would no longer be confidential, either.

I happened to see the arrest on live tv (at 3:15 am.  Insomnia is not as fun as it's cracked up to be). At that time, it was stated the persons arrested were reported by a passer-by and a person working at the rest-stop where the car was parked.

As Indy Gent said, they have not been proven to be the actual sniper/snipers, but since they were in possession of the actual weapon used in the shootings, it will be extremely difficult to prove innocence.  My guess is, their only hope will be to plead insanity.

I'm glad it's over.  Too many people have had to suffer.

We find out later that a trucker there at the McD's (it is big enough for trucks, we go there alot) recognized the car from the (suddenly appeared on Wed nite) reports and called in police.  They informed him to block the lot if possible which he did.  Good for him.  The trucker is back home in TN(?).

This is soo true.  There is a lot of evidence, and communications from the snipers that were not released to the press.  For example, the "message" on the tarot card was much more than the "Dear police, I am God" that was reported.

We will not hear about these other details until the actual trial, or sometime after, if at all.
