I was going to post this.  Her column was the only thing in the women's section of the paper I read with regularity.  :'(

My grandmother read Ann's column faithfully everyday. Sad news to hear...

ALthough I didn't read her column to often, it always had sence of familiarity.  No mater what town you were in, you could always pic up the local paper and see her column. She will be missed.

I did not care about either Dear Abby or Ann Landers. But it's always sad when we lose a familiar face in the columns. Ann Landers will be missed. :'(
