Subject: Favorite Rolling Stones albums
I was going to put this in "before the 70s" as a companion thread to "Favorite Beatle Albums" but them realized it wouldn't fit, as the Stones, unlike the Beatles, are now still going strong in their fifth decade (ducks to avoid tossed missiles ;D ).... So what are your favorite Stones albums?
Mine:
1. Let It Bleed
2. Tattoo You
3. Aftermath
4. Out of Our Heads
5. Black and Blue
Subject: Re: Favorite Rolling Stones albums
Mine are (Subject to Change)
"Emotional Rescue"
"Some Girls"
"Undercover"
I'll add that I haven't listened to all their albums, so I may add to the list.
Edited to add "It's Only Rock and Roll" to Stones favorites.

What are you doing here in the 2000's Zella ?
I thought in the world of Zella, the world went flat and you sailed off the edge in 1976 ;D
Uhhh, I have nothing to say to this thread, but I do have some Stones' LP's :
12 X 5 comes to mind
Like the Beatle boys, I prefer the Stones' older stuff
But as R&RF said, Ker-Bang :)
Fuss (they don't call me that for nothing you know !)
PS For that matter what am I doing in this timezone - somone must have alerted me to your thread...... ;D

I think the only Stones non-greatest-hits album I ever owned was "Emotional Rescue." So being that it's the only non-greatest-hits Stones album I ever owned, I would probably go with that.

I'm glad! I could never hurt you anyway, Zella ;) I will even confess to liking the Stones...here are MY faves:
Some Girls
Emotional Rescue
Sticky Fingers
I also own the 2 record set of Greatest hits....The Beatles and Stones got along swimmingly, from what I've always heard...remember Mick appearing in "All You Need Is Love" and John Lennon appearing in Sympathy...I think the media (As Usual) hyped the so-called rivalry ;)

I do not own any Stones albums...oh, well! :)
