Subject: Anyone like Incubus?
This is one modern band that I actually really like. They're not very big over here and I don't know the extent of their popularity in the US, but I think they're a fantastic band. Have their last two albums, 'Make Yourself' being slightly better in my opinon. Never heard anyone mention them on the boards so was just wondering if anyone else likes their style :)

I love Incubus. My favorite is the song "Drive."

I like them, I have their latest album. Actually, the first time I heard them was when I was in Europe.

Incubus? Yeah they're good. I bought their album last week 8)

Bringing this back up because Incubus is one of my favorite bands now. I hope more people see this thread now that it's bumped up from page 40. I love their music, and have their album "Make Yourself"-- I want "Morning View" too. :)

I LOVE INCUBUS! :-* They are an awesome band. And Brandon is ~HOT~! If you have Kazaa, dl their cover of Metallica's "Fade To Black". It is really good! And they also do a cover of TLC's "No Scrubs" that is pretty funny. I prefer their acoustic jams over the studio recordings. They are great live. If you ever get a chance to see them in concert - DO IT!

When I used to listen to radio, they used to get repeated airplay every hour on the hour. I didn't like them much to begin with, but radio destroyed whatever little appreciation I had for this band...

They started out good.
And then they started to get dull.
Then they started to get duller.
And after that, they got duller still.

I knew there was an Incubus thread somewhere. There had to be. But wading through all the old pages takes a lot of time. In my humble opinion Morning View is better overall than Make Yourself.
The first song I ever heard by them I heard on the radio and it was Pardon Me. I thought it was really good so I bought a copy of it.
That was back in my pre-enlightenment days before I found out about Napster.
I liked it so much that I bought a copy of Science. I was really disappointed in that one and took it back. The guy at the local Tom Tom's music here would let me trade new ones I didn't like for used ones. It was a good deal.
When Morning View came out I downloaded that and it's great.
I really like Wish You Were Here and 11am and Mexico.

I like "Drive" by Incubus. That's a good song :)

Incubus rocks. :)
I almost bought "Make Yourself" last night (my mom owes me some money so I bought some CDs with that money), but ended up buying Audioslave's CD instead (in addition to Linkin Park's - can't believe I didn't buy it earlier, and Evanescence "Fallen"). I realized I should've gotten Incubus instead of Audioslave, but Audioslave's CD is still good (best. drummer. ever.). ;D
Pardon Me's awesome, I Miss You is good too.
