I have had this, but better known as Black Pudding, it usually comes in Full Breakfast over here in the UK.

Black pudding can be grilled, fried, baked, or boiled in its skin. It can also be eaten cold, as it is cooked in production.

Why not? I think they’re tasty! I grew up eating Italian food, and I have been trying additional Italian cuisine in my adult years. (My mom’s maternal side of the family is Italian, in fact.)
