I had no idea what a Cornish Pasty is so I had to look it up. They look very good. Would like to try them someday!

My secret love is butter pecan tarts or just plain butter tarts. I'm going to try making my own. I love making my own cinnamon buns. I'm going to try to make those too.

I'm going to try my hand at making a pumpkin pie from scratch for Thanks Giving this year with no canned anything. I know how to make a pie crust from watching my grandmother make pie crusts when I was very small and we first came here.
My grandmother was a good baker and just a good cook overall and I'm hoping to take what I know and make it into a business of sorts but I'm not quite sure what to do about finding some business space because of the pandemic.

In the pie and cookie life, loved coconut cream and banana cream pies..I avoid all refined sugars and the dentist has not seen me in 10 yrs.

Pies: Baked Cherry and Banana Cream are my top 2. I also love cheesecake and I consider it a pie.
Pastries: Cherry Turnovers and donuts topped with glaze, maple or sugar. Twists are my favorite. I also enjoy Bavarian’s.

I'm going to try my hand at making beignets. The dough is the same as the dough you would use to make cream puffs and we have a recipe for it in a cookbook that my mother has.

I love blueberry pie. In fact, I tried to make one for my mom and my grandpa when he was still alive but my mom distracted me while I was making it by talking to me and I forgot to add the tapioca pearls to the juices to thicken them up a bit.

It was an absolute disaster by the time the pie was baked because instead of having a blueberry pie for dessert we had a blueberry volcanic eruption.
