I make jook, a Chinese rice porridge soup that has turkey in it. I like mine plain with rice, using turkey necks and pork neck bones for flavor. There's plenty of meat on the turkey necks once they have cooked for a few hours it's very tender and tasty. some people use chicken, mushrooms, lemon, egg. It can be made in a lot of different ways with whatever meat or vegies you like. it's plain and simple and really good. I'd say it's the Chinese version of chicken noodle soup, what you eat when you have a cold or are ill. it kinda makes you feel better
