Pecans and Cashews are my two favorites, if I had to choose from the list it would be walnuts.

Out of the two, Peanuts(I actually prefer Cashew, Pistachio and Sunflower seeds).

I don't know. I just avoid them because I am of the belief that food shouldn't hurt. :D
You're supposed to take them out of the shell first.

I only like walnuts on Thanksgiving. Walnuts leave a weird aftertaste.

When I was in Greece, I went on a day cruise/tour with a few friends that went to 3 different islands: Aegina, Hydra, & Paros. Aegina is known for its pistachios so everyone on the cruise bought pistachios. By the time we got back to Athens, the boat was COVERED with pistachios shells. Everywhere you looked, there were shells. I felt a bad for the crew-but I'm sure they dealt with it with each tour/cruise.
*Side note: On that same trip, I kept winning at their slot machines so they kicked me off. :D ;D ;D ;D

I'll admit used to, sometimes.

Otherwise, peanuts are too much work per calorie ingested.
I used to have fun breaking up the peanut shells. Ground Round used to set them out on the tables and you'd throw the shells on the floor. I think the board of health told them that was a bad idea, though.

I remember they used to do that at East Side Marios, but I think they stopped due to peanut allergies.
