I thought of making food that's a combination of Mexican and Italian foods. For example...Italian "Chile Rellenos" which will be called 'peperoncini rossi farciti' and they are Italian Sausage and Parmesean stuffed into Poblanos then tomato sauce and Mozzerella Cheese.
I also have ideas of having Italian Enchiladas which is Italian Seasoned Chicken in a Tortilla with Tomato Sauce and Mozzerella Cheese.
