These sound good:
http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes/salsa-roll-ups-107851.aspx Salsa Roll-ups
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1/4 tsp. chili powder
Make It!
MIX Neufchatel and salsa; spread onto tortillas. Top with remaining ingredients.
ROLL up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices.
Pizza Roll-Ups
Prepare as directed, substituting pizza sauce for the salsa, KRAFT Shredded Italian* Mozzarella-Parmesan Cheese Blend for the Mexican style cheese and dried oregano leaves for the chili powder.
BLT Roll-Ups
Omit salsa, shredded cheese and chili powder. Spread tortillas with Neufchatel as directed. Top with 1 cup shredded lettuce, 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces and 1 chopped tomato. Roll up and slice as directed.
Make Ahead
Prepare roll-ups as directed, but do not cut into slices. Tightly wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. Slice just before serving.
http://www.kraftfoods.com/kf/recipes/pizza-pull-kabobs-74718.aspx Pizza pull kabobs
1-1/2 cups French bread cubes (3/4 inch)
1/2 cup pepperoni chunks (1/2 inch)
1/2 cup green pepper squares (3/4 inch)
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, cut in half
1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
HEAT oven to 350°F.
THREAD bread, meat and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers.
PLACE in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush with dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
BAKE 20 min. or until kabobs are heated through and cheese is melted.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in warm water 30 min. before using to prevent them from burning in the oven.
Hawaiian Kabobs
Prepare as directed, substituting ham cubes for the pepperoni and pineapple chunks for the halved mushrooms.

They sound great!
Anyone know how to make pickle wraps well - I suppose I better get out my cream cheese now...
